Does Your Diet Cause Depression? |

In a resent study it was shown that those that eat a diet high in "processed foods" (heavily loaded by sweetened desserts, fried food, processed meat, refined grains and high-fat dairy products) had a higher rate of depression then those that eat "whole foods" (heavily loaded by vegetables, fruits and fish). Now you know why your parents always told you to eat your fruits and vegetables. Here is the link to the study.
